WHEN I PHONE A LANDLINE OR MOBILE FROM MY COMPUTER WITH SKYPE, HOW DO THEY CHARGE ME?
I have skype as well as when we phone a mobile phone or landline we get charged for it, though we have no credit on my skype account. How do they assign me for these calls then?

I have AT&T as good as in my digest i have free calls to any one with an AT&T Cell so what if a cave im pursuit is AT&T yet is longdistance Do i still get charged for longdistance or is it free?

If you don’t have any credit, you can only phone Skype-to-Skype, which is free. The system won’t let you call a landline or mobile unless you have some credit.

You can buy Skype top up vouchers from Sainsbury’s, but you usually have to tell the cashier that, as they don’t sell many. They do sell them, be insistent. When you buy a voucher for £10 you will only get £8.50 credit, as you pay the Luxembourg rate of VAT (15%). Of course, you pay VAT on all top-ups, but at least Skype are up front about it. I pay 1.2p/min to call my father in France from England.
