I am haphazard how many servers do they have as good as how many TB of understand they store. Are they controlling a small kind of focus for matching files or something? you need someone who knows about this things to produce me with an answer.

Nope, CCNA and other Cisco certs (and CompTIA or Microsoft Certs) require you to take an exam at a certified testing facility. It’s not a problem to take a prep-course online (and there are a number of them out there), but you cannot take the exam at home.

you can take the exam only at the institutions which are recognized by cisco to conduct their certifications…
you need to go the institutions and register yourself and pay the exam fee to sit for the exam…
then the institutions will provide you with the date on which you are required to go back to them to take the exam.. there is no way of taking the exam on your own..
