CAN I USE SKYPE OR ANOTHER INTERNET-BASED PHONE SERVICE TO CALL AN AMERICAN 800 # FROM OVERSEAS?
I need to call an 800 series from London as well as we know which they contingency be used from inside a US when regulating unchanging phones. Is it probable to do it on Skype or similar?

I have AT&T as good as in my digest i have free calls to any one with an AT&T Cell so what if a cave im pursuit is AT&T yet is longdistance Do i still get charged for longdistance or is it free?

Yes, you can. I’ve done it. Just enter “+1-800-….” and it should work. I had to call a 1-800 number while I was in Norway once to deal with the credit card company and had no problems. Didn’t cost me a thing, either.
